Chef Marcus Cole opened The Amber Table in 2019 with a simple belief: great food starts with great relationships. Relationships with the farmers who grow our produce, the ranchers who raise our meats, and the neighbors who fill our dining room.
Nestled in Nashville's historic Germantown neighborhood, we are a family-run restaurant built on a market-driven kitchen. Our menu changes with the seasons because we cook what the land gives us — nothing more, nothing less.
